Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. Customized or made-to-order items may take longer, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process. -
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping across India for order value more than Rs 2000. For order value below Rs 2000, a fixed shipping charge of Rs 199 is applicable. -
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on eligible products. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom orders are generally non-refundable. -
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. -
How will the products be packed?
All items are carefully packed to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets and air cushions to secure the package. -
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Unfortunately we don’t accept Cash On Delivery (COD). Instead online payment transactions offer multiple benefits like cash back, EMI option, instant discount, pay later option through Razorpay & your bank. -

Do you ship internationally?
For international shipment, it is not free, however we charge at actual on the shipment quote provided by our international shipping partner like DHL, FedEx. Please contact our Customer Service at +91 8890374479 (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM) to receive an approximate shipping quote for your products & destination. - Are there any hidden charges when i purchase on The Blue Cottage website?
There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on thebluecottage.in. The charges you see on the checkout page, before you make payment, are the final prices for your order. Additionally all product prices shown on our website include GST. - What do i do if i receive a defective / damaged product?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos or videos of the damaged product along with your order ID by emailing us at thebluecottageindia@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8890374479.
We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as per our return policy. Your satisfaction is our priority!
